Sean Hannity Is An Idiot, Baden Autopsy Reveals

Posted by Larry Barnes on August 23, 2014

Hannity reveals again why he should not interview people.
Dorian Johnson said Brown was shot at the police car. There may be a blood trail that lays out the exact path Brown took after he was shot.

Michael Brown’s “Baden” autopsy was poorly done bordering on fraudulent. The wound on the right upper arm would have a wound track to the right nipple that would make it very difficult or painful or impossible to raise the right arm above the head. The determining factor would be bone and muscle damage.

The real autopsy result may determine if all the witness statements about Brown raising his arms in surrender are false.

Michael Browns crime scene photos show his pants were pulled down by the force of his forward motion when added to Dr Baden’s statement that Brown had a road rash may prove Brown rushed Wilson.

As the truth continues to bounce off their thick skulls, CNN continues to beat the dead horse pulling their drive-by cart.

If you bend Michael Browns right arm can you get a grazing wound and a penetrating wound to line up?

If you put a gun into Michael Browns hand as if he was trying to take it from Officer Wilson can you make a grazing wound and a penetrating wound line up?

If you interview Dr Baden and don’t ask these questions what kind of interviewer are you?

A negative result can mean that the person was nowhere near the gun when it was fired, that they were near it but not close enough for GSR to land on them, or it can mean that the GSR deposited on them wore off. GSR is the consistency of flour and typically only stays on the hands of a living person for 4–6 hours. Wiping the hands on anything, even putting them in and out of pockets can transfer GSR off the hands. Victims don’t always get GSR on them, even suicide victims can test negative for GSR.

In the latest ASTM Standard Guide for GSR analysis by Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive X-raySpectrometry (SEM-EDX) particles containing lead, antimony and barium, and respecting some rules related to themorphology and to the presence of other elements are considered characteristic of GSR. The most definitive method to determine if a particle is characteristic of or consistent with GSR is by its elemental profile. An approach to the identification of particles characteristic of or consistent with GSR is to compare the elemental profile of the recovered particulate with that collected from case-specific known source items, such as the recovered weapon, cartridge cases or victim-related items whenever necessary.

CNN Ambush Of Forensic Pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht

Posted by Larry Barnes on August 19, 2014

CNN must not have made Dr. Wecht aware of their prior interview of Dorian Johnson.

The officer put his cruiser in reverse, Bosley said, and pulled up so close that when he opened the door, it bumped Johnson and Brown. “Through the window of his cruiser, he grabs Big Mike by the throat,” Bosley said. “Big Mike tries to move away. The officer grabs his shirt.”

Johnson, who was a student at Lincoln University, saw the officer pull out a gun. “He shoots Big Mike somewhere in the chest or arm,” Bosley said. “Dorian sees blood coming from the chest.”

At one minute thirty seconds in the video Johnson says Brown is shot at close range. This shot could have left stippling or GSR and no one asked Dr Baden about this.

Was Dr Baden intentionally deceptive? The issue of GSR should have been better explained. The wound to Michael Browns right hand could have come from the discharge of the officers firearm. Dorian Johnson said Brown was shot and bleeding. At one minute thirty seconds Brown is shot at close range. This shot could have left stippling and no one asked Dr Baden about this in regards to Brown grasping the officers gun.

The wound is at the base of the thumb, palm side. If all that you have is the location of the wound and the undisputed conflict at the window with the undisputed account of a discharge and bleeding on the part of Brown, failure to address this with Dr Baden amounts to journalistic incompetence.

What about the possibility that the shooting was an accident?

Brown was shot, he has his hands up, but the blood loss causes him to partially lose consciousness and he begins to fall and stumbling toward the officer, Wilson misinterprets this as a charge and shoots?

The Ferguson City PD confirmed that would make no comment on their theory of the incident.

If you bend Michael Browns right arm can you get a grazing wound and a penetrating wound to line up?

If you put a gun into Michael Browns hand as if he was trying to take it from Officer Wilson can you make a grazing wound and a penetrating wound line up?
